I knew from the moment I met Payson that I wanted her to make my wedding rings--both because I liked her work and because I liked her.

Payson made the process of designing rings easy and fun. She lends her expertise when asked, but is respectful of letting the client guide the creative process. Going into it, my sweetheart and I had very little concrete idea of what we wanted. Stones, no stones? Which stones? What style? Which metal? We knew nothing. Our design process began with us agreeing on which of Payson's current designs we both loved. From there we worked with Payson to develop a ring completely our own. The part I especially loved was when Payson input our thoughts into her computer program and could show us what the end result would look like. Some people can just imagine what something will look like, but we relied heavily upon her images to help us make decisions.

The end result is nothing short of brilliant. We love our rings; they are works of art. If I need a boost, I just look at my hand and am reminded of how lucky I am. We still can't believe how perfectly our design represents our relationship. And the rings are incredibly comfortable! They are substantial in their look, but they feel light as air. And as someone who is not used to wearing rings, I immediately acclimated to wearing my new ring and I now feel naked without it. I can't speak highly enough about Payson and her skills. I would refer her gladly to anyone looking for a positive jewelry design experience. With Payson, you know it's being made with love.
